1. Download and install Zoom Workplace
Follow the instructions on the Zoom.com website.
NOTE: You do not need to register an account with Zoom.
2. Grant Zoom permission to access camera, microphone and to share your screen.
This is important so that we can see your screen and guide you to your goal.
3. Grant Zoom permission to control your screen.
This is useful, so we can quickly troubleshoot and find information if you are not familiar with the technical details of administrating a Mac.
4. At the booked time, connect to the meeting using the link in the meeting confirmation email.
