Export to QuickTime/DVD Fails
This may result in the export process either not being initiated at all or not being successfully completed. To work around this issue, please follow these steps:
- Select Preferences from the FotoMagico menu.
- Click the General tab.
- In the section General uncheck the second and third checkbox named Create New Document at Startup and Use Command-N Shortcut for "New Template".

- Quit the application.
- Launch and try the export again.
Should the issues persist or any other issue occur, please follow these steps in addition to the above:
- With the option key pressed on the keyboard, select the FotoMagico menu.
- Select Submit Support Info.
If you're using Apple Mail, a new outgoing mail message will be created and an attachment placed in it, that we ask you to send to the predefined e-mail address. If you're using a different mail client application, locate the file FotoMagico Support Info.zip at this location:
~User/Library/Application Support/Boinx/
(where "~User" stands for your local user account)
Manually create a new outgoing message to fmtech@boinx.com, attach the file and send it along. The information stored in this zip-file will give us all relevant technical information we require to investigate and eventually solve the issue in a structured fashion.
