Macintum

I am going to give a little talk tomorrow at mac.in.tum about how we develop software, and what we learned about it in the last couple of years. It will be modelled on a similar talk I gave at the 2004 O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference. It's going to be in German. It will be recorded and, if it is any good, be available for download later. Ambush

-

"If anyone out there wants to do something that'll keep their kids attention transfixed then do a stop motion film with them. It's a great way to teach them about animation and also about using computers and media." Chris Wheatley and his sons did the stop motion movie "Ambush" one wet Saturday afternoon using iStopMotion.

Jack Gregory: A Dawg's Tale

-

Adawgstale

11year old Jack Gregory from New York does not only run his own weblog but got into making movies with iStopMotion with his dad. The proud dad writes: "It's technically quite easy on the Mac with iStopMotion and an iSight camera. The technology however does not overcome the need for a strong imagination and a fair amount of patience. Fortunately, Jack has both." We agree - strong imagination indeed ;-). Watch "A Dawg's Tale" on their .Mac site.

It is great to be a part of such a story.
