Winter is coming, so it's time for a special snow layer (Santa Claus hat not included). With BoinxTV installed (version 1.1 required) you just need to double-click the file. BoinxTV will launch and tell you that a layer has been installed successfully. When working on documents you will now find the new layer in the Layers Library at the bottom of the document window. Enjoy!
